About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Globe. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing customer engagement campaigns and programs, developing the mechanics and success metrics, and shaping desired customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Planning: Develop project plans with detailed mechanics, desired customer experience, and success metrics aligned to customer and business objectives.
  2. Campaign Execution: Oversee the delivery of campaigns/programs, focusing on timely execution, quality standards, and customer engagement metrics.
  3. Customer Communication: Develop and deliver direct-to-customer communications that set branding guidelines and tone for crafting relevant and compelling messages.
  4. Team Collaboration: Foster team collaboration and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders (analytics, operations, creatives, technical, and customer experience teams) around campaign/program launch plans and shared objectives.
  5. Campaign Analysis: Drive analysis to evaluate effectiveness and pursue improvements, surfacing opportunities for continuous improvement and manifesting ideas into viable new campaigns or iterations.
