AboitizPower is looking for a talented Talent Engagement Lead to join its team. As an HR Business Partner Specialist, you will collaborate with the HRBP team to enhance the employee experience through HR services, focusing on organizational development, learning and development, talent engagement, and retention.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Drive talent engagement initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  3. Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  4. Analyze data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resource Management, and at least 2 years of experience in human resources as a Generalist. Strong proficiency in areas like Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, HR Policies and Procedures, Data Analysis and Interpretation, HR Processes, Systems and Technology, and Project Management is highly desirable.
