Account Executive Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales initiatives, acquiring new clients, and managing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling B2B Software products through remote product demonstrations via screen share video calls, follow-up emails, and identifying opportunities with prospects by using an investigative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition:
    • Reach out to new prospects and run your own sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with the internal CSM team to identify referral opportunities and leverage marketing-led events to expand your network.
  • Sales Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive and effective sales operations.
    • Provide guidance and support to individual team members to achieve their sales targets.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Continuously optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall sales workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in an account executive role.
  • Extensive experience in selling B2B SaaS products to mid-market and upmarket clients.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management and HR products such as payroll, time tracking, accounting, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent sales skills with a focus on investigative selling.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively within the sales team.
