Job Description

Elevate your creative skills and join our design team as a Junior Branding Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand identities that resonate with our audience.

You will work closely with the design team to create innovative brand elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual design assets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their graphic design and branding skills, with a degree in Graphic Design or related field from reputable institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Brand Identities: Collaborate with the design team to create and implement impactful brand designs
  • Creating Brand Guidelines: Develop comprehensive guidelines to ensure consistency across various platforms and materials
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date with market trends and understand the target audience
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, advertising, and product development teams to align branding efforts
  • Design Execution: Create compelling visual designs for advertisements, packaging, websites, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest branding trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Visual Communication, Informational Design, or related field
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio and prior internship experience
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Design Softwares, skilled in using Canva and other design tools
  • Creativity: Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand design requirements
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with current trends in social media and e-commerce brand design
  • Detail-oriented: Attentive to detail to ensure high-quality design output

This is a remote position, requiring a laptop with necessary software and a stable internet connection.
