Key Role Summary:

Sales Loan Application Specialist

This role is responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products, conducting thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements, recommending suitable loan solutions, and guiding clients through the application process.

Job Description:
  • Proactively engage with potential clients to offer cash loans and personal loans through various channels (e.g., inbound leads, outbound calls, digital outreach).
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client financial goals and objectives.
  • Clearly explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers, ensuring they fully understand their options.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, verifying accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, actively following up to close sales and meet monthly targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in financial services, loans, or target-driven sales environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with cash loans, personal loans, or other consumer lending products is highly advantageous.
  • Possess strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM software.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting, maintaining a stable internet connection and quiet workspace.
