Job Overview

The Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant will be a strategic partner for clients, helping them maximise the potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement and business success.

This role involves translating complex marketing and business requirements into scalable and effective Marketing Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancement.
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimise marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences.
  • Map requirements to capabilities leveraging and maximising standard features.
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  • Configure and customise system in line with solution design and while adhering to best practices and standards.
  • Provide input to projects estimate specific to a declarative part of system design.
  • Manage the implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements.
  • Perform system configuration and groundwork per specification of an architect or lead designer.
  • Stay updated with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience in developing and executing automated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to map requirements to capabilities and leverage standard features.
