Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage the annual budget.
  • Provide financial analysis and support for business planning and decision-making processes.
Internal Controls and Compliance:
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial requirements.
Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and lead the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the finance department.
Audit Preparation:
  • Coordinate and facilitate external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and available.
  • Address any audit findings and implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial operations.
  • Implement best practices to streamline accounting processes.
Cash Management:
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage and improve cash flow.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1-3 years of accounting experience in the Beauty or related industry.
  3. Proficiency in Odoo accounting software and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  4. Strong knowledge in accounting standards and tax regulations.
  5. Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Team leadership and management experience.
  8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  9. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
