Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and compose confidential correspondence with all supporting documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track HR performance and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to improve HR processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable educational institution.
  • Experience in administering HRIS databases and related systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
