Job Overview:
We are looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR information system.
- Prepare and compose confidential correspondence with all supporting documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track HR performance and outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to improve HR processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable educational institution.
- Experience in administering HRIS databases and related systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
