About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital advertising campaigns that drive results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Continuously testing, tracking, and tweaking campaigns to maximize ROI and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborating with marketing partners to document current strategies and transition management in-house.
  • Creating new ad concepts, scripts, and strategies tailored to different platforms.
  • Utilizing AI tools for scripts, voiceovers, and video editing to maximize the impact of ad creative.
  • Developing educational and offer-based ad campaigns to attract and engage homeowners.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and delivering clear reports on results and improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience managing paid ads across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop compelling ad scripts, visuals, and offers.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven tools for creative production and campaign optimization.
  • The ability to improve ROAS while exploring and testing new channels.
