Job Title:

Credit Risk Evaluator

As a key member of the Credit Investigation and Appraisal Division, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of loan applicants and evaluating collateral to secure loans. Your thorough analysis and attention to detail will ensure that our bank makes informed decisions.


About the Role:

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical, communication, and written skills. You will work closely with colleagues to review loan applications and provide recommendations for approval or denial.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate creditworthiness of existing and prospective loan applicants by verifying information and checking documents with private and government agencies.
  • Assess collateral offered to secure loans, including dacion, foreclosure, or sale of bank property or acquired assets.
  • Ensure appraisals are completed within prescribed timelines (TAT) and meet acceptable standards.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Engineering or Economics.
  • At least one year's experience as a CI/Appraiser in a bank or appraisal firm.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and written skills.
  • Licensed Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage.
