Job Overview

The Tax Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization adheres to tax and financial regulations. This position involves accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and successful audit management.

  • Financial Management: Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including planning, reporting, and audits.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with all departments and facilitating timely financial reporting.
  • Audit Management: Oversee both internal and external audits, collaborating with auditors to ensure adherence to financial and operational standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting and tax team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Provide clear financial analysis and reporting to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

For this role, we seek an individual with:

  • Professional Certification: CPA certification is an advantage.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years specifically as Tax Sr. Supervisor or Manager, with experience handling full cycle of tax audit.
  • Location: The candidate must be willing to work on-site located in Pasig City.
