We are seeking a Women's Health Specialist - Pharmacist to join our team at My Kindred. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery and dispensing of medications, promoting patient education, and supporting high-quality clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Medication Management
    • Accurately dispense prescribed medications and maintain records
    • Maintain and monitor inventory of pharmaceutical supplies
    • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of medications
  • Patient Counseling
    • Provide patient counseling on proper medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects
    • Educate patients on contraceptive options, treatments, and wellness therapies
  • Clinic Operations Support
    • Support day-to-day clinic functions, such as service readiness, inventory coordination, and cross-training with front office and nursing teams
    • Participate in operational initiatives, quality improvements, and internal process updates to elevate clinic efficiency

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) degree.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines (PRC registered)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organization; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, trustworthy, and aligned with Kindred's values and culture code
