
Global Lead Generation Strategist

This is a high-impact role for an ambitious and driven professional who can own and execute our global supply-side lead generation strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a data-driven strategic thinker with expertise in lead generation systems and process automation. They should have experience managing scalable, automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion, ensuring end-to-end data integrity and global compliance.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Own and execute the global supply-side lead generation strategy, focusing on mission-aligned nonprofits and social impact organizations.
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, set performance targets, and develop a strategic roadmap for scalable and sustainable lead generation growth.
- Design and maintain scalable, automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion, ensuring end-to-end data integrity and global compliance.
- 5+ years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in nonprofit, social impact, or international organizations.
- Strong experience using CRM or lead management tools, such as HubSpot.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize tech-enabled systems for tracking and automation.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize workflows.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mentality and a hands-on approach to execution.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
