About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires answering incoming calls, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, patient demeanor, and team player mindset.
