About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires answering incoming calls, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, patient demeanor, and team player mindset.
