This role involves hands-on collaboration with business leaders to streamline workflows, enhance financial reporting, and ensure seamless navigation through the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.

  • Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules
  • Design and implement tailored reporting solutions based on operational and financial requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on system usage and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance when required
  • Document system changes, configurations, and training materials

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including experience in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies. Additionally, they should possess expertise in Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics, as well as knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation.

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Expertise in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics

  • Ability to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures
