Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Leader to oversee the development, refinement and execution of high-quality data annotation workflows for our AI projects. This role requires a strong understanding of data quality management principles, including design, implementation, and maintenance of robust QA processes and statistical quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine data annotation workflows to ensure high-quality outputs and optimize efficiency.
  • Establish comprehensive quality metrics that align with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of quality assurance initiatives and develop dashboards to track key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in data quality management or related roles within AI/ML environments.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing quality assurance strategies for large-scale data annotation projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of data annotation processes, quality assurance methodologies, and statistical quality metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in agile or fast-paced tech environments with exposure to AI/ML pipelines.
  • Experience in managed services or vendor-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and large-language-model assisted workflows.
