We are seeking a talented Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting modern, high-performing visual content for various platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to design visually appealing images, thumbnails, banners, and social templates that drive attention and traffic.

You will work closely with our CEO and content leads to create designs that meet the company's branding and style guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing social media posts, banners, and short-form video overlays
  • Creating blog cover images, product images, eBook covers, and lead magnets
  • Supporting our YouTube team with thumbnail designs and visual branding
  • Assisting in PR campaign visuals (feature images, infographics, profile kits)

In addition to your design skills, you should have strong sense of layout, typography, and color balance. You should also be able to follow visual briefs and adapt to brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of professional experience in design and be fluent in Canva and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working remotely. A stable internet connection is required, as well as a mobile phone for check-ins, task updates, and file review.

A minimum of 8GB RAM, i5 processor or M1 Mac equivalent is necessary for optimal performance. Additionally, you should have access to Canva Pro or Adobe Suite installed on your device.
