Job Opportunity for Senior Officer of Quality Management

We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven professional to support the effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our quality management system related to audit and assurance practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate documentation of our quality management system, including policies, controls, risk assessments, and process updates.
  • Support regular monitoring activities and assessments to ensure operational effectiveness of quality controls.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to track action plans, control performance, and required updates.
  • Evaluate new or changing risks that may impact audit quality and our quality objectives.
  • Compile and analyze data for quality reporting, internal reviews, and regulatory inspections.
  • Ensure records of quality management activities are up-to-date and audit-ready.
  • Support training initiatives related to our quality framework and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has experience in audit support, internal controls, or compliance monitoring, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and documentation standards.
