Job Title: Quality Assurance Head

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Head to lead our quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise quality assurance activities across the organization, including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, finished goods inspection, and outgoing inspection.
  • Review quality control reports and recommend necessary improvements or corrective actions to senior management.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of QA Leadman/Leadlady, QA Inspectors, and QA Final Inspectors.
  • Assign tasks to team members and validate standards for quality evaluation.
  • Conduct daily meetings to discuss activity highlights, recurring problems, root cause analysis, and preventive measurements.
  • Monitor and analyze inspection reports, sampling evaluation reports, non-conformance reports, and customer complaints.
  • Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Action Plans and Risk Management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Engineering).
  • Minimum five to seven years of working experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferably a licensed engineer.
