About the Role

This role plays a crucial part in creating a seamless onboarding journey for new drivers. Exceptional communication, sharp problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential in facilitating the process, fostering a positive applicant experience, and bolstering operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow-up with drivers regarding their application to confirm qualifications
  • Review and record application documents
  • Guide drivers through the onboarding process
  • Drive high conversion rates
  • Proactively address issues and provide solutions
  • Track and update operational sheets to monitor progress
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • At least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
  • Positive attitude, diligence, and results-orientation
  • Availability during work hours and commitment to scheduled times
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
