We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns, providing exceptional service throughout the process.
- Deliver high-quality responses that reflect our service standards, fostering strong relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal.
- At least one year of experience in online or remote customer service roles.
- Familiarity with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed.
This is a full-time entry-level opportunity.
