Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts, with strong emphasis on Shopify product management, email campaign execution, and digital content creation.


The ideal candidate is experienced in both technical e-commerce support and marketing operations, can manage shifting priorities, and communicates effectively in a fast-paced environment.


This role involves building, editing, and scheduling weekly newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working with design templates (Canva) and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop for custom graphics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, edit, and schedule weekly newsletters
  • Edit product and marketing images in Photoshop
  • Repurpose Canva assets into custom email graphics or product visuals
  • Assist with basic photo editing for new inventory as needed


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience building, editing, and scheduling email newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools
  • Comfortable working with design templates (Canva) and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop for custom graphics
  • Able to follow brand guidelines and meet strict email publishing deadlines
  • Strong experience with Shopify - uploading products, creating product pages, and writing/editing SEO-optimized descriptions
  • Familiar with managing multiple product variations (colors, sizes, etc.) and keeping formatting consistent
  • Experience using Asana or other project management tools to manage day-to-day tasks
