**Mathematics Instructor Opportunity**

At Proximity Learning, our mission is to connect all learners with expert teachers who can promote educational equity and ensure every child reaches their full potential. As a Virtual Mathematics Instructor, you will leverage technology and innovative virtual tools to foster a collaborative and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and pacing guides.
  • Effectively utilize various online tools to differentiate lessons, engage students, and deepen their understanding of the material.
  • Teach synchronously during regular school hours (4-hour minimum).
  • Evaluate and grade student work to track progress.
  • Offer constructive feedback to support student learning and growth.
  • Represent the organization's brand and mission statement in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • An active US state-issued teaching certification in Mathematics (6-12)
  • Proficiency in using virtual teaching tools and resources
  • We are hiring teachers certified
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One or more years of teaching experience
