Job Overview

The role involves overseeing the upkeep and repair of commercial properties to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections, diagnose potential issues, and execute maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Collaborate with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders and estimate time and resources required for repairs.
  • Manage and track completion using available systems.
  • Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations; report violations to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Facilities Management or Engineering (related field).
  • NCII Certificate required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Capacity to start immediately.
