We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team, responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts, providing day-to-day support for all HR-related functions, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily recruitment tasks, including applicant tracking system (Manatal) management, job advertisement creation and posting, proactive outreach to candidates, resume screening, and initial interviews.
  • Provide administrative support for human resources responsibilities.
  • Assist with task management to ensure team members complete tasks on time.
  • Facilitate meetings and maintain open communication channels.
  • Conduct research and create/updating Word and Excel documents as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative/HR assistant/recruitment role.
  • Strong time management, project management, and people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Affirmative, trustworthy, and proactive attitude.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Manatal, Google Suite, ClickUp, and others.
