Affiliate Growth Expert

We're hiring a growth expert to scale our creator and partner ecosystem. This role blends affiliate program management, TikTok Shop setup, influencer partnerships, and UGC pipeline building.

You'll launch our TikTok Shop from scratch, grow affiliate networks, and turn creators into revenue-driving partners. If you've set up or managed TikTok Shops before and thrive on building systems from the ground up, this is your chance to own the process end-to-end.

What You'll DoTikTok Shop Setup & Growth
  • Launch and manage TikTok Shop/Seller Center from scratch (catalog, listings, payouts, workflows).
  • Define commission structures and creator onboarding flows.
  • Launch Spark Ads from top-performing UGC, test hooks/angles, and scale winning campaigns.
  • Partner with designers to refine product listings, visuals, and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
Affiliate Program Management
  • Manage and scale affiliate programs on ShareASale, UpPromote, and similar platforms.
  • Recruit, activate, and retain high-performing affiliates across YouTube, SEO, blogs, and niche communities.
  • Design and run leaderboards, contests, referral bonuses, and re-activation campaigns to drive consistent sales.
  • Maintain accurate attribution, payouts, and dashboards, reporting performance weekly.
Creator & Community Leadership
  • Build and manage a central hub for affiliates and creators.
  • Keep partners engaged with campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
  • Source, vet, and brief creators for reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with design/editing to categorize UGC and repurpose across ads, PDPs, email, and social.
Collaboration & Operations
  • Work directly with leadership to align goals, timelines, and strategies.
  • Build and refine SOPs for seeding, creator approvals, content briefs, and payout cycles.
  • Share insights and actionable growth reports with leadership weekly.
You'll Thrive Here If You…
  • Have 3+ years in affiliate/influencer marketing; TikTok Shop/Seller Center experience from setup to scale is a plus.
  • Are fluent with ShareASale, UpPromote, and know how to design incentives that move revenue.
  • Can outreach like a pro, nurture relationships, and keep creators/affiliates engaged.
  • Are data-driven: comfortable with platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting.
  • Communicate authentically, execute fast, and own outcomes with minimal hand-holding.
  • Bonus tools: Canva, CapCut, Notion, ChatGPT, plus experience with technical products.

  • You'll join as an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes/compliance.
  • You must provide your own reliable equipment.
  • Core collaboration hours are 6:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. PST with a 2-hour flexibility window.
  • The first month includes a training/trial period with scaled pay.
  • Payments are made weekly via PayPal or bi-weekly via Wise.
