Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management;">

  • Supporting the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations;">
  • Implementing process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity;">
  • Handling payment transactions and associated payment processes;">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree Holder and at least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.

You should also have held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment and have experience in payments processing or similar function. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is required.
