Job Description:
Major accountabilities

Change Management Strategy and Planning
- This role will have to create the change management strategy and plans for building awareness and adoption of Digital ways of working for Asia, while collaborating with Global Change management and Asia Comms teams.
- She will lead the creation of action plans and execution of gaps of culture surveys related to Digital ways of working and related employee aspects in collaboration with HR, Change, and Comms teams.
- The incumbent will also have the accountability to drive the execution of the change plans
- She will have to work with the Transformation leads of each BU to develop change plans specific to each BU over and above regional Asia plans
- She will have to ensure that these plans are tracked, executed and also measure effectiveness of the change plans and tactics.
- Deliverables and timelines will have to be defined at the region and BU level by the role, with the success measures to improve understanding, awareness and adoptions as measured by number of mature teams and employee check-in surveys.

Co-ordination of DE Change management plans (20%)
- Provide direct support in the delivery of the various change management deliverables
- Develop, update and maintain integrated communication plans across the various workstreams of Strategic Digital Initiatives in Asia
- Continue to build "change management" culture, which can be done through maintenance of the Change Management Resource Centre as needed, Workplace posts etc.
- Partner with various digital leadership stakeholders to develop a Communications Change Management plan in support of the digital leadership strategy in Asia
- Develop and deliver communications to engage and influence employees and tell our transformation story in Asia including written copy, speaking notes, presentations, videos, etc.
- Act in a consulting capacity with the project teams and internal partners
- Provide day-to-day change management and communication advice and counsel to internal partners and project teams as assigned.
- Analyze and repurpose highly technical information for a variety of internal and external audiences, selecting the appropriate channels for communications etc
- Manage day-to-day operation of the initiative's collaboration / internal site, if applicable

- This role will have a key influence on the success of adoption of cultural aspects of Digital Ways of working
- The change management plans will cover tactics and plans for various segments of the organization across Asia executives, leaders, managers and teams at large.
- Like any transformation and change role, this role will face the challenge of understanding the diverse opinions, current mindsets and local nuances to be able to build effective and impactful change plans.
- Building buy-in, credibility and impact across region will require the role to make networks and partnership across these segments and creation of champions who can be torch bearers to share success stories.
Education and experience
Indicate the minimum education level and years of relevant experience required to perform the work. Include specific professional designations, licenses, registrations, if applicable.
- At least 7+ years change management communications experience
- University degree in a related field (communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, etc.)
- Proficient in English
