We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our senior management and executives, ensuring seamless communication and efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and direct all correspondence, including telephone calls, emails, mail, and messages.
  2. Provide high-level secretarial support, including preparation of materials and reports.
  3. Offer general administrative services, such as setting up meetings and conferences, and collating materials for distribution.
  4. Supervise support staff and coordinate errands for company drivers.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Secretary/Admin Support Assistant reporting directly to senior management/executives.
