Position Title: Corporate Governance Assistant
Job Overview
The Corporate Governance Assistant is responsible for supporting the effective implementation, documentation, and monitoring of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and regulatory requirements. The role provides assistance in quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's QMS.
- Support the ISO certification process, including documentation and compliance monitoring.
- Coordinate with department representatives for process improvements, documentation updates, and compliance tracking.
- Maintain and update quality procedures and standardized processes.
- Assist in organizing quarterly management review meetings, including preparation of necessary reports and materials.
- Track non-compliance reports and follow up with concerned teams for resolution.
- Manage the proper control and listing of all company forms and records.
- Conduct annual performance surveys and compile feedback for improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental requirements in corporate governance processes.
- Support compliance with Primehomes Real Estate Development Inc.'s Code of Conduct.
- Perform other governance and quality-related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in QMS, Compliance, or Quality Assurance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
- Experience in document control, auditing, and compliance monitoring.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technology tools for documentation and reporting.
