We are seeking an experienced Corporate English Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering live video training sessions to corporate clients across various industries. Your expertise in Japanese language and culture will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve their professional communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for corporate clients;
  • Conduct live video training sessions via online platforms;
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: College or Bachelor's Degree required;
  • Certification: TESOL/TEFL certification preferred;
  • Experience: At least 3 years of corporate experience and/or 1 year of adult teaching experience;
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (oral and written);
  • Technology: Comfortable using online platforms for teaching and learning.
