Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our production systems.

You will leverage deep technical expertise in Web3/blockchain technologies to manage, optimize, and enhance our platform infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience with blockchain network management, complex Web3 issue resolution, proactive system monitoring, incident and SLO management, automation and optimization, technical collaboration, and on-call support.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the deployment, optimization, and operational management of new blockchain networks.
  • Address high-impact Web3 incidents through rigorous troubleshooting and direct coordination with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions using advanced dashboards.
  • Define, implement, and enforce service-level objectives (SLOs) and agreements (SLAs).
  • Implement and maintain automation solutions to streamline deployments and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with Tier-1 support, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure alignment on system improvements and rapid issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in Technical Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.
  • Deep experience managing complex Web3 infrastructures.
  • Solid hands-on experience with configuration management and infrastructure automation tools.
  • Competency in scripting/programming languages.
  • Advanced proficiency in monitoring and analytics platforms.
