Job Summary

The Property Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the building/condominium corporation run smoothly. This includes overseeing maintenance programs, conducting regular inspections, and implementing corrective measures when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to ensure all building equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and take corrective action promptly.
  • Manage equipment downtime to ensure it is minimized and report any issues to the QA team as scheduled.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of multi-skilled technicians (MST) and provide recommendations to the Building Manager.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of tools and engineering consumables, ensuring that the building has adequate stock levels.

Assist the Building Manager in preparing annual budgets for technical services and materials needed for efficient project operation. Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and apprise the Building Manager of ongoing projects and any problems encountered.
