  • Collaborate with building contractors to resolve any defects or issues that arise on equipment and machinery.
  • Prepare accurate records and documentation for building equipment, including log sheets and work permits.
  • Support the Property Manager in conducting regular building inspections, focusing on fire safety, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain up-to-date equipment record files, including proper documentation, manuals, and maintenance checklists.
  • Report directly to the Property Manager, providing updates on ongoing projects and initiatives.
