The Building Engineer oversees the maintenance and operation of building systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and efficiency standards. They conduct inspections, coordinate repairs, respond to emergencies, and optimize energy use to maintain a safe and functional environment.Schedule8am to 5pm Monday to Friday8am to 12nn SaturdaySalary offerPhp 30,334.50 Basic Pay + Php 9,568.00 PCO Allowance (to be given upon taking PCO training and accreditation)QualificationsLicensed Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in building operations, engineering, and equipment and systems maintenanceAbility to handle multiple projects and make decisions. With knowledge in maintenance of all building systemHas knowledge and understanding of blueprints.Has Certificate of Completion of Engineering Technical Training, Building Operations and Maintenance Training.Has strong interpersonal and leadership skillsDependable with value for high work ethics and customer serviceMust be keen to details and has good observation skillsWith good moral characterShould be available and on call 24/7GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESManage the day-to-day tasks of the property's Engineering and Maintenance functionEnsure the effective implementation of the company's standard Preventive Maintenance ProgramEnsure that all equipment and facilities have proper tagging and simple, step by step guide on how to operatePrepare Terms of Reference for major Engineering and Maintenance projectsAttend to concerns/complaints of unit owners/tenants and dispense instructions on action to be taken to the Technical CoordinatorGive instructions to the Technical Coordinator regarding work schedule or assignment of technicians, preparation of purchase requests for supplies and materialsGive instructions to the Technical Coordinator regarding engineering supplies and materials needed by the technical teamAdhere to the concern slip process related to the Engineering and Maintenance worksAdhere to the fit-out and renovation guidelines of the CorporationVetting fit-out or renovation plans to ensure adherence to the rules of the CorporationRecommend and implement an energy conservation programEvaluates and recommends equipment/service upgradesTroubleshoot emergency technical situationsExecute the Daily Ocular Inspection Checklist and note observations; endorse to Technical Coordinator if there is action to be takenCoach and mentor Engineering and Maintenance staffEnsure cleanliness and pleasing appearance of work areas including proper grooming of the technical staffHandles the technical team with regard to attendance, performance, and physical appearanceAdministers performance evaluation for all technical staffEstablish good rapport and working relationship with the Board/Client representativeBuild a personal yet professional relationship with unit owners/tenantsAny other tasks that may be assigned from time to timeIf you are interested, APPLY NOW
