Job Title: AI Automation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled automation professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of AI-powered automation solutions.

This role involves blending technical automation skills with strong business analysis and client communication. You'll work closely with product and operations teams, requiring someone confident in understanding business requirements and delivering efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into clear automation specifications and workflow logic.
  • Design and build robust automation workflows using tools like n8n or Power Platform as the orchestration layer.
  • Develop and refine prompts for generative AI use cases (summarization, data transformation, structuring, decision logic).
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLM tools (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) into end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Automate business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools.
  • Lead testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows.
  • Contribute to team methodology and best practices in intelligent automation delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and internal product/operations teams—requires strong spoken and written English.
Requirements:
  • 2–5+ years of experience in automation, workflow design, or integrations.
  • Proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional automation designs.
  • Expertise in API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling.
  • Experience with Airtable automations, scripting, and formulas.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and prompt engineering fundamentals.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Bonus points if you have: Experience with DevOps practices, knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or C#.
