Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a CS environment, preferably B2C.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends in issues and take corrective actions.
Desired Skills/Experience
  • Working knowledge of CRM software, such as Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with general operations within financial services/FinTech industries.
