Job Description:

Copeland is a global climate technologies company that creates sustainable and efficient residential, commercial, and industrial spaces through HVACR technologies.

We are seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to join our team. As a Demand Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing gathered information and data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics & comparative analysis).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Preparation: Extracts/generates structured information from either single or multiple tools using standardized extraction methods.
  • Data Manipulation: Combines extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools.
Data Analysis:
  • Creates charts to aid in easy interpretation and better understanding of analyzed data.
  • Analyzes and interprets data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics, comparative analysis).
Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) and Supply Chain:
  • Analyzes gathered information & data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics & comparative analysis). Interprets the data and provides in-depth analysis based on findings.
  • Update forecast adjustments in the tool (Demantra) or assist sales managers for the same.
Operational Excellence:
  • Create a new Documented Information related documents and processes (e.g., work procedures, forms, documented information, and process flow) based on the documentation guidelines.
