Job Overview

E-commerce operations involve daily online store management for a seamless shopping experience. As an E-commerce Operations Manager, you will oversee storefronts and focus on inventory management, listing optimization, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product listings on Amazon and BWP platforms to ensure SEO optimization and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate stock levels across platforms, working closely with the warehouse team.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews.
  • Track performance metrics to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies.
  • Analyze daily performance logs using Excel or similar tools.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational best practices.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience managing Amazon storefronts, including Seller Central. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities are required.
