Comprehensive E-commerce Leader

A highly skilled and detail-oriented e-commerce professional is needed to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Shopify website.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product & Storefront Management (Shopify):
    • Optimize product pages, ensuring accurate content, strong SEO, and conversion-forward design
    • Manage homepage, navigation, and seasonal merchandising updates
    • Develop and execute product launches and sales promotions
  • Content Development:
    • Update and publish blog content regularly, collaborating on ideas to tie site content to brand campaigns and seasonal storytelling
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics performance metrics
    • Track and report on site health, AOV, conversion rates, and bounce rates
    • Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and customer experience
  • Email Marketing (Klaviyo):
    • Develop and grow revenue through email marketing
    • Build, optimize, and test flows for welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, and win back
    • Own the calendar for regular campaign sends
  • Team Liaison:
    • Communicate effectively with our development team to troubleshoot bugs and implement technical updates
    • Serve as the point person for all e-commerce operations questions within the organization
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing direct-to-consumer e-commerce, preferably in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong background with Shopify and Klaviyo (email marketing)
  • Proficient in GA, analytics tools, heatmaps, and data interpretation
  • Attention to detail and user experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and project management skills
