As a Vendor Risk Management Consultant, you play a crucial role in identifying client supply chain risks and cybersecurity challenges. Your expertise will advise clients on best practices in vendor risk management, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to solve their problems.
The ideal candidate will participate in third-party risk management consulting engagements, supporting workshops at clients focused on vendor identification, stratification, onboarding, monitoring, and remediation. They will also develop cybersecurity risk questionnaires and deliver projects and programs with strong project and process management skills.
Key responsibilities include communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders, recommending best practices, tools, and technology, and creating repeatable processes and frameworks for future implementations. Additionally, the consultant will enable business development through renewal, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities while maintaining client trust.
