Role Overview">

As a GenAI Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, high-performing ads using the Pencil platform to deliver results for regional enterprise clients.

You will work closely with a team to resolve creative challenges and push beyond the limitations of GenAI in the advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Write, research, and conceptualize creative, innovative content that showcases GenAI capabilities within a systematic delivery process.
  • Master various brand voices and work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution.
  • Set tone and drive creativity, working with the creative lead to ensure creative excellence.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
  • Work with our Training team to explore, implement, and explain new GenAI techniques to help our user base achieve high-quality creative outputs.
  • Test new GenAl features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.

Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with AI trends and best practices, completing ongoing structured training, continuously up-skilling with approved AI tools, and facilitating collaborative knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience writing for digital media, with a minimum of 3+ years of digital agency experience.
  • A powerful grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums.
  • The ability to use data and insight to inform creative decisions.
  • A flair for words and the ability to think conceptually when needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material into engaging stories and content.
  • Confident presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing client environment.
  • Passion for creative innovation and a willingness to learn and incorporate AI into design processes.
