Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Content Strategist to spearhead the creation of captivating ad content that drives tangible results.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will partner with design and media teams to conceptualize and request visual assets for paid campaigns.
  • They will source, brief, and manage user-generated content creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content on a daily basis.
  • The successful candidate will translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that yield measurable outcomes.
  • They will develop and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across multiple paid platforms.
  • Collaborating with the Performance Marketing Manager, they will review creative performance data and iterate accordingly.
  • The Content Strategist will stay abreast of the latest UGC and short-form content trends to ensure our ads remain engaging and relevant.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven track record of producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what drives content effectiveness.
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple creative streams simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
  • Strong team player who can collaborate across departments and external partners.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows, productivity, and efficiency at scale.
