Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Creative Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective visual content that drives business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-performing creatives for Meta ad campaigns
  • Develop standout visuals for social channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and test new ideas quickly
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in design, preferably in performance or growth environments
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Meta ad creatives and social content targeting B2B audiences
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

Bonus Points:

  • Motion design or animation experience
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.)
  • Ability to design for both B2B and B2C audiences
