Job Overview

The Lead Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision of a global Food and Beverage company, overseeing the development and execution of branding strategies, creative solutions, and design assets.

This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of architecture, interior design, and brand consultancy principles, as well as exceptional project management skills and proficiency in relevant software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic branding initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create cohesive, visually stunning designs that meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of branding and marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, or brand consultancy, with well-rounded project exposure.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, OneNote, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project management and productivity applications is desired.
  • Experience and/or interest in sustainable design; LEED accreditation is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • A good command of Tagalog, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
