Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to lead our tax team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale tax operations, providing strategic guidance on tax matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies to minimize risk and optimize tax savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of financial data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on tax implications of business transactions and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong background in taxation, preferably with a CPA or CPA-Lawyer certification.
  • At least 13 years of experience in tax management, with a proven track record of career progression within a Big Four tax firm or a multinational company.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
