This is a key role in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
  • Verify contract terms, scope coverage and inclusions/exclusions to ensure compliance.
  • Double-check material quantities and scope coverage against project requirements.
  • Utilize Bluebeam for reviewing drawings, markups and performing takeoffs as required.
  • Identify discrepancies or gaps in contractor submissions and recommend solutions.
  • Review and compare contractor quotes and scopes to ensure accurate evaluation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of contractor pricing and project-related documentation.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate project records, including contracts, approvals and correspondence.
  • Provide progress updates and reporting to stakeholders on contract status and variations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or project support within the construction industry.
  • Must have proficiency in Bluebeam for drawing review, takeoffs and documentation. ApprovalMax experience valued.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, scopes and construction documentation.
  • Ability to review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • High attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with construction management software.
  • Organised, process-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment and meet deadlines.
