About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a E-commerce Specialist. The role requires supporting the smooth execution of onsite activities across markets.

The focus will be on executional excellence - refreshing product and campaign pages, maintaining site accuracy and content.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive growth and performance across online channels as the revenue owner.
  • Support regular performance reviews and site checks to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing reports and updates for weekly reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimisation actions.
  • Execute onsite refreshes across homepage, PLPs, CLPs, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Conduct previews and checks to ensure campaign readiness and smooth customer journey.
  • Maintain and update onsite content such as banners, menus, search terms, and influencer/UGC features.
  • Provide executional support for sale set-up and other marketing initiatives.
  • Manage requests from country teams and coordinate timely execution.

  • Achieve 100% of online target.
  • Drive YoY growth in traffic and CR.
  • Deliver 100% accuracy in onsite content updates.
