We are seeking a highly skilled Project Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Rail AFCS infrastructure projects and be able to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.

Job Description

The Project Implementation Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and implementing Rail AFCS projects. This includes:

  1. Liaising with the project manager to gather requirements, plan, and execute all design-related deliverables.
  2. Assisting in defining and finalizing technical standards and specifications in accordance with the project scope and quality standards.
  3. Working closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Design and Documentation: drafting, executing, revising and finalizing design-related documentation and deliverables in accordance with the project scope and quality standards.
  2. Technical Assistance: providing recommendations and inputs on AFCS- and engineering-related issues and concerns.
  3. Coordination with Project Team and Stakeholders: coordinating with other members of the project team and participating in internal and external meetings for coordination and alignment purposes.
  4. Pre-Site Preparation and Pre-Installation Support: providing inputs and recommendations prior to site preparation, installation, testing, and commissioning works.
  5. Performance of Ad Hoc Tasks: handling ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required by the project manager or company.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Management, Economics, or Engineering (or related fields).
  • At least two years of relevant end-to-end experience in Rail AFCS infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Rail AFCS equipment, parts, and components.
  • Strong engineering and technical design competencies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
