Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the adoption of digital workplace technologies. As part of our Digital Workplace Center of Excellence, you will drive conglomerate-wide adoption and enable increased productivity among employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Understand industry trends and opportunities for reapplication across the organization.
  • Assess current solution utilization, determining adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs, including training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support end-user inquiries and issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing workplace productivity tools, driving service/solution adoption, and possessing excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools.
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption.
  • Outstanding communication and ITIL foundation certification.
  • Capability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
